Executive Coaching
Global Dynamics Coaching sessions are designed to empower business leaders to best acquire global excellence with a special focus on achieving and expediting their specific goals. GDIs Executive Coaching takes on an "action learning" focus. Based on the individuals goals and conceptual growth, the individual will be coached into practical experiments where he/she will apply new approaches to old situations, and pay careful attention to the results.
Depending on the specific need, and always with the support of the individual, GDI's Executive Coaching may involve:
- Reading books and articles and applying key concepts
- Designing new approaches to staff meetings or selected employee interactions
- Role-playing challenging scenarios with the coach
- Occasional coach observation of meetings
As with all of GDIs offerings, Executive Coachingis offered anywhere, any way, any time, and in any language. Coaching isare offered in-personor via telephone.
